Candlelight Flow

Suitable for all levels. This well-rounded evening class infuses candlelit ambiance and music set to the pace of an inspired Vinyasa Flow. Perfect to ease away the day and prepare you for a restful night’s sleep. We recommend that students seeking to take these classes feel confident, safe, and strong throughout classic sun salutations.

Kundalini / All Levels

Kundalini, the yoga of awareness, opens your heart, builds strength and releases the energy located at the base of your spine. Each teacher will bring their own experience to the practice some much more traditional than others but Kundalini is without a doubt one of the more spiritual styles of yoga. Kundalini yoga focuses on breath and movement and challenges its students both physically and mentally.

Lunchtime Yoga

Make the most of your lunch break! Enjoy a midday yoga class to keep you going all day long. This class is designed to energize, strengthen and calm the body and mind. Using breath work (pranayama) and yoga postures (asana), it’s a unique combination of exercise and meditation. You will leave feeling nourished and refreshed; returning to your daily activity with a new cultivated awareness and clarity.
